Frequently Asked CLE Questions

If I am registered for the Tees and CLEs Event will I automatically receive CLE credits?

NO! You must complete, sign and submit ONSITE at the end of the seminar the Uniform Certificates of Attendance in order to receive credit.

How many credits will I receive?

CLE Credit hours will vary depending on the state’s accreditation requirements and the sessions you attend.

What do I need to complete the Uniform Certificate of Attendance?

You need to track the sessions you attend each day, fill in the forms legibly with the bar number for each state you are requesting credits, sign the form, and hand it in before you leave the seminar venue.

Do you apply to all the US CLE Jurisdictions?

We apply to all states requested except for Virginia. Certain states do not allow the CLE sponsor to apply for credit in advance and will require attendees to self-apply for credit. Credit cannot be guaranteed due to the subjective nature of each state's bar association.

What if I forget to hand in my Uniform Certificate of Attendance?

Tees and CLEs cannot be responsible for the timely filing of materials received after a seminar has concluded. Please reach out to contact@teesandcles.com if your request is sent within 30 days of the in-person event. Any late submissions received will delay your credit processing.

Once the seminar is approved do I need to send my Certificate of Attendance

It depends on which state(s) you are licensed in. Some states allow the sponsor (Tees & CLEs) to report attendance and others require that the individual attorney report their attendance. Visit here for reporting directions.
