By registering for the Tees and CLEs, LLC ("Tees and CLEs") event hosted at the Arizona Grand Resort and Spa on April 21-23, 2027 (the "Event") you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), without reservation or objection.
Registration Inclusions. All registrants for the Event will receive admission to all CLE presentations during the Event, admission to the cocktail reception, some meals and snacks provided during the Event, two nights of hotel accommodations paid for (note that this does not include the $30 nightly resort fee or applicable lodging taxes which you will be required to pay directly to the hotel), and one 18-hole round of golf. There may be a couple of added benefits that we will unveil closer to time, which are all included.
Prohibited Activities. To ensure that Tees and CLEs is a fun and educational experience for all attendees, you are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may cause a negative experience for any attendee at the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, interrupting presentations, distracting others during presentations, visible intoxication during the Event, unwanted touching, making lewd remarks, damaging the property of another, disrespectful treatment toward team members or resort staff, or operating a golf cart in an unsafe manner.
Ticket Transfers. You may transfer your Event registration to another individual so long as the transfer of registration request is provided to contact@teesandcles.com before March 15th, 2027, and Tees and CLEs approves such transfer. Each registration is provided one free ticket transfer free of charge. If your ticket is transferred more than once, the transferee will be required to pay an administrative charge of $200. In the event you register after March 15th, 2027, your ticket may not be transferred and there is no right to refund for any cancellation. Please note that we may be unable to modify sizing for your original swag sizes selected.
Cancellation. Nobody wants cancellation to occur but we understand an emergency may arise preventing you from attending the Event. Your ticket is refundable so long as you provide a written refund request to contact@teesandcles.com before 12:01a.m. Central Time on March 15, 2027 ("Deadline") and you have provided all required information for the transfer as requested by Tees and CLEs within two calendar days after the Deadline. You will be refunded the amount of your ticket minus merchanting fees and a $200 administrative fee. For any refund requests received after the Deadline, you will not be entitled to any refund but we may allow you to apply 50% of your admission cost to a future event. For attendees who do not attend the Event, you will not receive any credit for future events or a refund of any kind.
Media Release. Photographers or videographers will be present at the Event and at various times at the resort throughout the week of the Event. You agree that images or videos may be taken of you before, during, at, or following the Event, in connection with your attendance and participation at the Event. You hereby grant Tees and CLEs an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, exhibit, broadcast, reproduce, record, modify, sell, license, or otherwise use any photograph, video, statements, or other likeness (including your name) in any medium whatsoever for any purpose.
License to Attend. Your purchase of admission to the Event is a revocable license that can be terminated by Tees and CLEs at any time, with or without notice, at Tees and CLEs sole judgment and discretion. A reasonable termination of this license will not result in a refund of any kind whatsoever to you.
CLE Credits. Your CLE credit hours earned during the Event will vary depending on which sessions you attend and the individual accreditation requirements for the state(s) in which you are licensed. While Tees and CLEs has undertaken significant efforts to create programming that will be accepted by all state bar associations for continuing legal education credits, Tees and CLEs cannot guarantee that the content provided during the Event will be accepted for continuing legal education credit for all such governing bodies. In the event that no state bar approves the continuing legal education credits from the Event, every attendee will receive a full refund. If Tees and CLEs submits to your specific state bar association for approval and such approval is not received due to the sole error of Tees and CLEs, you will be provided a credit to the next Tees and CLEs event as sole recourse.
Waiver and Release. While traveling to, attending, or participating in any activities related to the Event, you represent and agree that you are solely responsible for any expenses incurred or damages suffered as a consequence of any personal injury or property loss or damage, and you will not hold Tees and CLEs responsible for any of such expenses regardless of whether such expenses or damages are incurred by a third party. Furthermore, you certify that you have sufficient health, accident and liability insurance for this purpose to cover bodily injury or property damage caused to third parties as a result of the participation in the Event.
You hereby generally release, acquit, and forever discharge Tees and CLEs, its officers, directors, executives, shareholders, members, owners, managers, employees, partners, principals, agents, insurers, divisions, and attorneys, and any person acting on its behalf, and all of its respective successors, assigns and heirs, as well as its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, executives, shareholders, members, owners, managers, employees, partners, principals, agents, insurers, divisions, and attorneys, and any person acting on their respective behalves, and all of their respective successors, assigns and heirs (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, judgments, controversies, expenses, liabilities, losses and causes of action, of whatever kind or nature, in law or in equity, whether based on statutory, contract or tort theories, whether known or unknown, past or present, suspected or unsuspected, which arose or might have arisen as a result of your participation in the Event.
Subject to Change. Live events are always subject to change. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that the content, schedule, speakers, activities, or other advertised benefits may change, be removed, or altered at any point in time. Changes to the Event will not alter the refund Deadline or contingencies.
In the event that any portion of the Event has to be rescheduled or cancelled due to factors beyond the control of Tees and CLEs, other than a total cancellation of the Event, a partial credit of such rescheduled or cancelled activity will apply to your registration for the next Tees and CLEs event.
The format of the golf round remains subject to change based on attendee count, course conditions, and other factors that may not be under the control of Tees and CLEs.
